Hope this message finds you well. This is a friendly reminder of the deadline for submitting papers to the XX Annual Inflation Targeting Conference, organized by the Central Bank of Brazil. This conference will be held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on May 23-25, 2018. Authors should submit papers using Conference Maker (http://editorialexpress.com/conference/SMETAS20) by March 2nd, 2018. The seminar aims at bringing together private sector specialists and leading economists from academia, central banks and multilateral institutions to stimulate debate and research on monetary economics, policy coordination (monetary, macroprudential and fiscal), and challenges to monetary policy and inflation targeting. We have confirmed presentations of Mr. John Williams, president of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, and Mr. Marco Del Negro, vice-president of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
The Central Bank of Brazil will cover travelling (economy class) and hotel expenses (up to three nights in a hotel chosen by the organizers), as well as transportation costs to and from the event for one author per paper selected for the Seminar.
